Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users of CirCow. By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the activities listed below.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use CirCow to create, generate, store, distribute, or facilitate:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors.
• Deepfakes, face-swap, or face-manipulation tools or content.
• Content that impersonates real persons without their explicit consent.
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence against individuals or groups.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• Material that violates any applicable law or regulation.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, phishing, scams, or other deceptive practices.
• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or bulk-account creation.
• Malware, ransomware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated load that degrades the Service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service without our written consent.
• Using the Service for any illegal, high-risk, or restricted business listed in our prohibited industries.

3. AI Output Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content generated by AI workers under your account. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or harmful — review and validate before relying on or distributing them.

Marketing or describing the Service as "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", "18+", or "unfiltered" is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

You may not use the Service to infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

5. Privacy of Others

You may not use the Service to harvest, scrape, or process personal data of others in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, etc.).

6. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@circow.com. We investigate all reports promptly.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in any of the following, at our sole discretion:

• Removal of offending content.
• Warning or temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent termination of your account without refund.
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law.
