What is CirCow?
CirCow is an AI worker marketplace and desktop runtime. Each "worker" is a packaged AI agent — model + prompts + tools + skills — that runs on your own computer to do a specific job (slides, reports, data analysis, web scraping, and more).
How is CirCow different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are general-purpose assistants. CirCow gives you specialized workers — each one tuned for a specific task, with the right tools wired in. Plus everything runs locally on your PC, so your data stays with you.
Do I need an LLM API key?
On the Free plan you bring your own API key (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini — your choice). Pro and Team plans include managed model access if you'd rather not deal with keys.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows 10/11 (64-bit) is available now. macOS (Apple Silicon & Intel) is coming soon — join the waitlist.
Is my data private?
Yes. Workers run locally on your machine. We don't see your prompts, files, or outputs unless you explicitly share them with us for support. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How does pricing work?
Free plan: 50 worker runs / month, bring your own model key. Pro: $19/mo for 2,000 runs. Team: $49/seat/mo for 10,000 runs/seat. See the full pricing page.
What counts as a "worker run"?
One run = one task you give a worker (e.g. "make me a deck", "scrape this site"). Internal tool calls and the worker's own follow-up steps don't count separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your dashboard at any time. You won't be charged again. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Full terms in our Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Once your country supports it, you'll also see local payment methods at checkout.

How do I contact support?

How do I update my payment method?
From your account dashboard, go to Billing → Payment Method. If you can't access your dashboard, email service@circow.com and we'll help.
I was charged but didn't expect to be — what now?
Most likely a subscription renewed. Email us at service@circow.com with your account email and order ID — we'll sort it out within 3 business days. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email service@circow.com from the email address on your account, with subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 7 days as required by GDPR / CCPA.
