Refund Policy

Summary: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your CirCow paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to your first paid subscription only.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this 14-day window also satisfies the statutory cooling-off right for digital services. Note: by starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you may be deemed to have consented to performance during the cooling-off period; we still honor the 14-day money-back guarantee above.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@circow.com with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The order or invoice ID (found in your billing history).
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. For exceptions, see Section 4.
4. Renewal Refund Exception
If your subscription auto-renewed and you contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge without having used the Service in the new billing period, we will, at our discretion, issue a full refund and cancel the subscription.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Subscriptions used beyond the 14-day window (except as described in Section 4).
- One-time purchases or add-ons that have been delivered or consumed.
- Subscriptions cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we are almost always able to resolve issues directly and faster than the chargeback process. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
7. Discretionary Refunds
Outside of the policy above, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion when circumstances warrant (for example, extended Service outage or billing errors). Reach out and we will work with you in good faith.
